you have taken large amount of water is alright. should have induced vomiting. now you have retained it and large amount has gone into your system. fortunately it is not poisonous or lethal. but it will cause gastric irritation, hyper acidity and indigation. some of it will pass out in urine and other will be detoxified in liver. drink more water. you have to wait for some time itwill be normal.
