What Are The Repercussions Of Overdosing On Dextroamphetamine?

Hi, I have accidentally double dosed my dextroamphetamine and taken 25mg. I am experiencing some side effects such as a panic attack, increased heart rate, fever, numbness in limbs and dissociation. Is this anything to be concerned about or should I just wait for it wear off?

Just wait to wear it off and attend psychiatry clinic. You need to stop amphetamine as soon as possible.
