HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would cause a further drop in his blood pressure.

This would present with symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, clammy skin, shortness of breath, confusion, blurred vision, nausea

He should drink fluids and consider using a little salt to help raise the blood pressure.
He also needs to speak to his doctor about his medication. It may need adjustment or discontinuation.

I hope this helps
