Hello dear,I understand your concern.Low Hb and urine infection are routinly seen in pregnanay. In my opinion low Hb might lead to weakness, fatigue, preterm labour, infections in mother.Preterm delivery of baby might be facing the complications like low birth weight, growth restriction of baby and infections.Your urine test suggests urine infection which might also lead to preterm labour.Don't worry as both low Hb and urine infection can be treated.Low Hb needs iron rich foods and iron supplementation. As your are 7 months and your Hb is not that low it can be improved by taking medication properly.Urine infection might need a course of antibiotics. So discuss with your doctor regarding that.Drink adequate fluids up to 3 liters and coconut water to prevent urine infection.
