What Are The Risks Of Developing Heart Problems With Family History Of Heart Attack?

my father lived a very healthy life and recently passed to a widow maker heart attack at 88 years old. he lived one week after the heart attack. he chewed tobacco and had low blood pressure and was never overweight. never took any medication in his life. what are my chances of having a heart attack? im 58 female 5 5 tall weigh 140 lbs. the only exercise i do is ride a bike and walk about 3 times a week. I stick to a low carb diet.and have low blood pressure too. i never smoked take 25mg of levothyroxin, im a breast cancer survivor of 20 years.

You are advised yearly to investigate with following if feasible...
-Tread mill
-EKG
-Blood pressure measurement and
-physical examination
-serum cholesterol
-BMI measurement
-RBS
-serum triglycerides etc..

Meanwhile for avoidance if heart attack do regular active exercise like jogging or running for half hour..

If any report comes normal than specific treatment taken ...

Regular one yearly physician follow up for examination
