I had two dominant follicles -- one on each ovary and 17mm each on day 7 of my cycle. I took Femara from day3-day7. I also had a couple of other smaller ones too -- 14mm and 12mm. I m suppose to do the ovidrel injection on day 9 of my cycle but NO IUI. I m concerned about multiples. Is it really a strong possibility at this point or will the most dominant follicle release the egg?
