My nine year old son has developed these round scaly patches of skin. At first there were only two then what started as a small red spot turned into the same size as the others( the size of a nickel) all on his left forearm except for what appeared at first just to be a dry patch of skin on his right cheek. He now has one on his face on his left cheekbone. There are circular with tiny red bumps around the circle and seem to be growing somewhat.
