What Are The Severity Caused Due To Smoking Of E-cigarettes?

Hey I Had a cigarette and when I finally Smoked it I nearly fell on my butt I felt Dizzy really sick Faint hot flash I had to lay down right outside my garden, For a few minutes it was over I had quit smoking for a few months and started on E cigarettes and I just started to smoke today man it was scary I had this before when I did smoke What could this mean something serious?
