What Are The Side Effects And Benefits Of Immuplex?

Immuplex or Imuplex; Are there any benefits to be gained from taking Imuplex (observed in studies, trials or research) that outweigh the possible side effects for someone w/liver damage from alcohol? My roommate asked me to research it. I m having difficulty finding any, let alone consistent info.
