What Are The Side Effects And Most Common Dangers Of Taking Estrogen?

It s been about 30 years now that my friend has been taking estrogen, I m wondering and hoping if i could get an opinion on this? I understand that there are a multiple of variations that could have occurred within this time period but wanted to know what dangers and side affect that are most common? thanks very much,~Brent

Long term use of estrogen increase the risk of
-heart disease
-endometrial carcinoma(using progesterone along with estrogen reduces the risk)
-breast cancer
-deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism
-stroke especially in individuals with history of migraine
-hepatoma (tumor in liver), liver dysfunction
The less serious side effects include nausea, gastric upset, sore breast and bloating
