read your prob, plz mention whats prob with you < drpression or shizophrenia>
aript has many no of side effect like insommnia anxity, headach , agitation,weakness, vomiting , sexual dysfunction n etc.
there are many drugs which have less side effect n use as its alternate.
so discuss it with you doc n try to chang it.
