What Are The Side Effects Of Atorvastatin?

I take Atorvastatin I dont have all side affects but have the top 2, my elbows hurt all day and night feel like i been lifting weights and confused a lot Takes at least 2 hours to get past pain in feet when wake up, take Gabapentin for that but can`t miss dose or take even longer

I would say that Atorvastatine may be the cause o your muscles pain, This drug is a good one to treat high cholesterol level but can damage the muscles .This side effect can be from small problem to a big muscle damage that we call rhabdomyolisysis ,can effect liver and kidney.

To exclude this side effect of Atorvastatin i would suggest to do a blood examination for your muscles , you will check AST, CkMb,LDH to see if you have any muscles damage .
As i understand you take this drug to treat nerve pain (like the one in the elbow.or leg pain) . If your muscles enzymes are ok , you should disscus with your treating doctor about the change in dosage or medication,
