Hi,

Balofloxacin is fluoroqunolone antibiotic commonly prescribed used to treat bacterial infections caused by susceptible bacteria. Its common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, photosensitivity, allergic reactions, muscle pain, and tendon injury.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
