Hi, Budecort is used to prevent the symptoms of asthma like wheezing and shortness of breath. It is belongs to the group of medications known as corticosteroids or steroids. It is called preventer. You need to have a fast acting reliever as well because this medication will not stop an asthma attack that has already started.
