Why was celebrex taken off the market a few years ago due to side effects and what have they done now so those side effects don t occur. I have fybromoalga( sp?) and arthritis and degenerative disc disease. I had been managing with hydrocordone but it made me too sleepy and I only took it if I had a fybro attack, to control severe back pain and arthritis in my knee. I am only 66yrs and I feel like 90yrs. Celebrex has helped me tremendously and now take no more that one hydrocordone a day. What were the side effects the labs got rid of?
