hello docotor this is satyam am suffering hair loss problem so i consulted a doctor he suggested to use cipla tugain 5 solution and cipla finpecia 1mg tablet and my problem is i seen some reviews about tugain it has some side effects is it true suggest me thnk you

I can understand your concern for the safety of the prescribed medications.
Incomplete data like age, gender, type of hair loss, any underlying medical illness.
Tugain (Minoxidil) solution is very effective & a safe medication used in the treatment of hair loss. However it can cause burning sensation, itching, redness or irritation at the treated area. It can also cause unwanted hair growth elsewhere on the body.

Finpecia (Finasteride) tablet is also used for the treatment of male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) in men only.

Side effects of Finpecia include headache, running nose, skin rash, swelling in of the breasts, hands or feet, impotence, loss of interest in sex, trouble having an orgasm & abnormal ejaculation.

If you develop the sexual problems, consult your treating doctor for the use of an alternate but a safer medication for the treatment of hair loss.
