What Are The Side Effects Of Dolo Overdose?
Hi My friend have taken 8 dolo 650 tablets in the span of 2 hours. He is 24 and weigh 65-70 kg. Its already more than 48 hours and he dont have any symptoms expect back pain from 2 days. Is there any problem for him now. How many days the medicine will have effect in the body. Please, give me advice.

Hi,
Dolo is a brand name for Paracetamol and overdose paracetamol can cause liver damage.
Eight tablet is not lethal but he has to consult a physician and get a liver function test (LFT) done.
As of now drink plenty of water and take absolute bed rest.
