First of all remove a misconception from your brain that EMESET, that isondansetron 8 mg is used only after the chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Ondansetron is an anti-emetic drug and used for the treatment of nausea, hyper acidity, gastritis, vomiting and for many more purposes. While dolo is paracetamol and most potent and safe analgesic, tiniba or tinidazole is prescribed for abdomen pain in your relative case. But side effect of tiniba is that it also produces nausea and causes hyper acidity. But this is (tiniba) is also very effective in the management of loose motion and abdominal pain and cramps. When such type of patient visit, I usually introduce Ringer lactate 2-3 drips (unless contraindicated) with ranitidine ampule. With this type of treatment usually patient get quick relief.
