What Are The Side Effects Of Eritel And Rozavel?

SINCE YESTAERDAY I STARTED TAKING ERITEL 40 IN THE MORNING, AND ROZAVEL IN THE NIGHT. I WANT TO KNOW THE SIDE EFFETS OF THESE DRUGS, MY AGE 56, BP NOTED YESTERDAY 140/100, TOTAL CHOLOESTRAL 210, TRIGLGLYCERIDES 356, HDL 45, VLDL 71, LDL 94 , TOTAL CH/HDL RATIO 4.6, TOTAL LDL CH/HDL RATIO 2

Eritel contains telmisartan which is an antihypertensive having side effects like back pain, diarrhoea, headache, upper respiratory tract infections, myalgia etc. Dont take this drug in kidney problems.
Rovazel contains rosuvastatin on the other hand. Rosuvastatin has side effects of myalgia, headache, arthralgia, pharyngitis, diabetes, constipation etc.
Simultaneously using these both drugs may cause myalgia, headache most commonly. These are mainly self limiting in nature. But in major problems you may have to visit a doctor to switch any of the drugs to the other one.
Again you have high triglycerides level. Use of fenofirate or niacin or omega 3 fatty acids may help better to get rid of such abnormalities. Rosuvastatin will help to reduce ldl level.
Blood sugar, pressure, cholesterol level monitoring is also recommended.
