General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Used in the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia (increased triglycerides and cholesterol) Fenofibrate & Pravastatin are generally safe and effective.

However, they may cause myopathy (muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness), inflammation of the liver resulting in raised liver enzymes, stomach upset, etc as their common side effects.

Since your liver enzymes are raised it is suggestive of liver injury caused by both Fenofibrate & Pravastatin together.

You must stop taking these medications and consult your treating doctor to prescribe an alternate effective but a safer medicine to lower the high lipid levels.
Whereas the other medications are not known to cause raised liver enzymes.
Hope this answers your query.
