What Are The Side Effects Of Macrobid?
I have a urinary tract infection and get them about every 3 weeks. I have been put on Macrobid and have had six prescriptions in the last year. Now I am told that Macrobid could have a side effect of a tightening in my chest, heart, etc. Is this true and what other side effects does this drug have? Thank you.

If this is pure form of urinary tract infection then this need to be investigated or tested and best option would be urine culture sensitivity test get this done and treat the condition according to the test result, if the result is unremarkable then this could be something else and not UTI, take care.
