What Are The Side Effects Of Meloxicam?

I was checking the side effects of this medication meloxicam, since recently I had a bad side effect from levaguin, for sinus infection tendontis of the Achilles and had prp done once but, it didn t work so I was going for a second treatment, when my husband had a accident fractured his shoulder and had to have it replaced the day I was suppose to get another round of prp. Plus, when I went to to Dr. s office for my husband the PA checked and said that I should only be taking this for two weeks, yet there was 30 pills. I think I better call the doctor who prescibed this tomorrow. I have also been taking Aleve 2 pills in the morning after breakfast.

@ Meloxicam is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug .
@ Has vivid side effects as - gastric upset in form of nausea, vomiting ,
black stools with intestinal bleeding - allergic reaction with rashes -
headache - increase risk of heart related issues , stroke at long term
basis ( particular with those who have diabetes, high BP , Cholesterol
problems )
@ Taking Aleve with Meloxicam will increase your chances of side effects ,
I suggest to go for Acetaminophen (325) instead of Aleve
