I understand your concern.
You are a
pcod patient, where irregular /delayed period is a regular feature. You must have been given
Meprate tablets to induce bleeding-, but you did not get any.
Pregnancy test conducted at that time was -ve--so the dose of Meprate was doubled--- & following pregnancy test was +ve.
Now, the Meprate is a
hormonal preparation & is known to cause congenital malformations in baby.
* I would advise you to get blood
HCG test done to avoid any error & have reliable result of test.
If it stands -ve, well & good for this time. BUT in case it is +ve..
- Ideally the pregnancy should be terminated,
- In case you want to continue, the precious pregnancy-- do it with utmost care/ regular consultation of your doctor/ regular USG scan/other tests, to confirm normal development of bay.
