What Are The Side Effects Of Methycobal Injection?
Hi Doctor, My mom aged 54 years. She suffering with foot ache. She can t walk on the floor without slippers. Doctor prescribed Methycobol injection once in a week. Blood reports are normal. By taking this injection whether it cause any side effects?. Please clarify me.

1. Giving mecobalamin injection one may experience
. Anaphylactoid reaction ( rash, hot sensation,diaphoresis), headache and pain/ induration at injection site.
2. For foot ache rule out diabetes and consult with an Orthopaedic doctor for relevant investigation
