General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Mirtazapine is a very good anti-depressant.It however has side effects that can cause a prescribing Doctor to discontinue its use.All the symptoms you present are side effects of this drug.I will advise you get to your prescribing Doctor immediately even on phone if you have his phone number. He will judge the need to discontinue the treatment or change to a different drug depending on the reason for which he placed you on it.He will be in the best position to evaluate the risks and the benefits of the drug.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
