What Are The Side Effects Of NAM Safe Tablet For Fever?

My daughter, aged 16, is having fever, for the past 15 days, coming and going due to intake of nam safe tablet. the effect of nam safe is only for 6 hours. The doctor is administering cefexime with ofloxacin twice daily and has informed one of the 4 tests of WIDAL, for typhoid has been indicated as positive. Any side effect will be there due to continuous intake of nam safe? Kindly inform

Namsafe ,ingredients are nimesulide+racemethionine . This is anti pyretic drug ( for fever ) and if it used for long period may cause few side effects . But in your daughter case there will not be any notable side effects because for short period .
As you mentioned that she is having typhoid fever and she is taking cefixime+oofloxacin combination ( most reliable and potent drug combination for typhoid fever ) .
Since within short period there will not be any temperature (high ) due to antibiotics , so she will not require any namsafe.
So till then you can use this safely this drug for your daughter.
