What Are The Side Effects Of Nexplanon?

what are the possible side effects of my nexplanon breaking? I m feeling sick, nausuios, headache, my arm hurts where it is, and I feel DRAINED. Please, I have an appointment scheduled for a week or so off, but I want to know if my symptoms r from it possibly being broken.

-Irregular menstrual bleeding.
-Depression and other mood changes.
-Weight gain.
-Abdominal pain or nausea.
-Acne.
-Breast pain, back pain, or headache.
