Hello As you mentioned that you are having allergy and for this used nasal spray . You got relief and now symptoms recurs , this is an indication of allergic rhinitis and your doctor prescribed novolizer i.e. salbutamol . These symptoms are due to bronchoconstriction and novolizer ( salbutamol ) is bronchodilator ,hence you got relief . You can use this medicine , even for years without any side effects . However in the beginning few patients feel fine skeletal muscle tremors , palpitation, tachycardia hypotension but once medicine adjusted in body ,patient don t feel such side effects. So you can take this drug till your doctor advise . Coffee ( hot ) and steam inhalation also provide relief. Good luck.
