What Are The Side Effects Of Ovabless, Dronis, Ovagrace And Thyroxine?

My doctor diagonesed that I have pcos and also thyroid TSH 7.78. So I m taking pills for pcos they gave dronis 30 ,Ovabless ,Ovagrace sachet and for thyroid Thyroxine sodium tablet. So by taking this tablet is there any side effect ?? Whether the given tablet is prescribed correctly plz answer my question
