Hi,

I understand your concern.

You report to have given to your 6 weeks old baby 1 ml pamol as she was looking unwell with being more sleepier and hotter than normal. This means she has fever or is hot. Measuring her body temperature would be the best thing to do to understand if she is having fever.

You did very well in giving 1ml pamol to her. If the fever will get higher again, can repeat giving the same dose after 4 or 6 hours.

If your baby will not get better or getting worse, then, should go to ER or consult with her pediatrician as soon as possible for immediate evaluation and any prescription treatment she might need.

Wish fast recovery!
