for hear inflammation can I use Polydexa. Is there any contraindication side effect of this drug The doctor has recommended me this drug after consultation and he ensured me that my hear is clear . Polydexa contains neomycin sulphate which is an antibiotic that fights bacteria in the body like ear infections. Polydexa is contraindicated in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to neomycin sulphate and other aminoglycosides. Its side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, change in hearing, irritability, weakness, ringing in the ears, allergic reactions, stomach pain etc.
