What Are The Side Effects Of Renerve Plus?

hello doctor my mom she is a diabetic patient and for last 6 years she is taking melmet 500SR,she also have thyroid problem for which she is taking thyronorm 25mg. past 2weeks she is suffering from a numbness,irritation on her foot ,doctor told her to take renerve plus tablets for 3months is that a safe, will it cause any sideeffects,how long it takes to heal completely?

Generally, renerve plus has no side effects as it contains multivitamins (methylcobalamine,alphalipoic acid,folic acid etc) and they are to be given in case of numbness, tingling sensations of limbs especially in diabetic patients.

The main purpose is to fulfill this multivitamins in body to restore its deficiency.

She can continue her antidiabetic and thyroid medications.

Always,undergo routine blood count, blood sugar thyroid profile and lipid profile periodically.

Consult her treating physician if you need more information and advice.
