Every medicament that we take has side effects.Most common side efects of Risdone are:headache,tremors,feeling tired,weight gain,pain in arms or legs,dizziness,dry mouth,depressed mood,constipation etc.If your child experience any of these side effects,this is normal,dont worry about it.But if he experience one of these side effects below,then you have to call your doctor:severe nervous system reaction--rigid muscles, high fever, confusion,high blood sugar,uncontrolled muscle movements in his face,difficulty breathing,etc.I agree with the dose that you are giving to your son,but if you realise that this dose isnt helping him as much as your doctor said,that you can consult your doctor to change it!
