General & Family Physician 's  Response
It contains minoxidil. On local application, it may cause contact dermatitis, pruritus, local burning, flushing, and change in hair color. Hair growth is seen after long-term use only, may be after 6 months. And for sustained effect you have to keep it using on long term basis. Any discontinuation may cause loss of hair again. It is applied two times daily regularly. Skipping one or two doses does not impact its effect. So don’t worry. It has no known serious side effect on long-term use. Along with minoxidil you have to take high protein diet such as pulses, chicken eggs, fruits and vegetables.
Thanks
