What Are The Side Effects Of Shelcal-500 Taken Twice A Day?

Hello Dr.. I m 26 year old suffering from thyroid n vitamin d3 deficiency.i consulted with an endocrinology specialist and He recommended shelcal 500 for vitamin d3..is dere any side effect of shelcal 500 if i have it 2 times in a day for 2 to 3 months regularly

Genrally shelcal 500mg has no serious side effects . Constipation or stomach upset may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor.
Still if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur immediately consult your doctor: nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, unusual weight loss, mental/mood changes, change in the amount of urine, bone/muscle pain, headache, increased thirst, increased urination, weakness, tiredness, fast/pounding heartbeat, allergic reaction(very rare ).
