What Are The Side Effects Of Trigger Point Injections?

I just had trigger point injections in my neck for pain, I have MS. I see info stating side effect of injection being loss of fat at site or infection from injection site. I don t see side effect info on the steroid being injected. What would that side effect be?

Trigger point injections include injection site pain, muscle spasms in neck and shoulders.

Anesthetic injections may help.
