What Are The Side Effects Of Tryptomer?

I have a strange problem.. My back head pains just once in a month but the pain is severe.. I had got an inner hurt 5 or 6yrs back at the same part of the head where it pains now..the part is still swollen.. When it pains it becomes very difficult for me to do any of my work...its so severe.. I have visited a doctor.. He suggested me to take tryptomer 10mg for 15days.. Should i take this tablet? Are there any side effects? I have read at many sites that tryptomer is addictive..once u start taking u hv to take continuously... And they also say it is for depression... So should i take this tablet....? Pls reply as early as possible..
