Hello
You are taking ZEN RETARD i.e. carbamazepine 300 mg twice in a day for 4 years .
Your question is about the side effects of carbamazepine , these are :
Rash , blurred vision, dizziness / unsteadiness , nausea/loss of appetite , drowsiness and ankle swelling.
Also to be taken carefully in patients having long standing hepatic/renal impairment and with other medicine.
Sine you are a patient of seizures and these seizures are under control with this medicine , so need not to worry .
These side effects are minor and once medicine adjusted in body ( as in your case , you are taking for 4 years ) don't bother about these side effects.
Take medicine as advised your doctor .
Hope this will be useful for you.
Good luck.
