I am 25 years old female. i got fits 8 years ago and i have consulted doctor. i had undergone EEG and also C.scan tests. All are normal. i have taken Zeptol CR 300 innicially right now am using Zeptol CR 200 past from 6 years. twise in a day morning and night . aftet 5 years i have stoped taking tablet according to doctor advise. while doing night shift again it happens even last night i did not had food properly and sleep too. again doctor advise me to continue for 3 years.( ZEPTOL CR 200) worried if Zeptol has any side effects?? Please let me know if these tablets will create any problems during pregnancy and after delivery.
Its common side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, motor imbalance, and vomiting. It may cause allergic reaction, speech disturbance, blurring of the vision and dry mouth.
It can cause harmful effects on the growing unborn baby when taken during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding while taking this drug by itself does not appear to affect infant growth or development.
