What Are The Side Effects Of Zinnat?
My 11 months son have cough, flu & fever. He have bit of phlegm in his lung. After taking zinnat liquid orally for 4 doses, fever is gone. But on the 5th dose he have slight fever, taken to doctor said lung still Got bit of phlegm @ ask to continue with zinnat 7 days. Should I worry that the antibiotic don t work?

Following are side effects of Zinnat:
headache, abdominal pain,
dizziness, nausea or vomiting,
mild diarrhoea,
indigestion,
dry mouth
Stop the drugs if following side effects occur:
wheezing
swelling of the lips/mouth
difficulty in breathing
lumpy rash
fainting
Along with that:
Syrup cold rest 2 ml three times a day.
