General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Ipill is an emergency contraceptive prescribed worldwide. It is a safe medicine and side effects are minimal. Slight menstrual irregularities and spotting can happen with Ipill but it will settle soon.

Pregnancy is unlikely. You can go for a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
