Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just ended a 9 day period on last Monday and I am starting my cycle again this evening. My dr prescribed me to take b-control due to two liquid cysts that she saw back in April late March. I do not feel comfortable taking the pill. Why perhaps am I starting another cycle in less than two weeks?
Hello welcome to HCM. If you are planning for pregnancy these cysts may decrease the chances. It may also disturb the cycle. So take those tablets which contains hormone . These hormones support the cycle and supresses the cyst. It should be taken for few months with a gap between each month. Once the cysts resolved which can be confirmed again by scan, there will be more chances of pregnancy. Take care.
