Hi,

Cremalax tablet is sodium picosulfate which is a medicine used to treat constipation. It is a laxative that treats constipation by drawing water into the bowels thereby making stools softer and easier to pass. There are some side effects too. Side effects are headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, stomach cramps, dehydration, muscle weakness, decreased potassium level in blood, dizziness, fainting, GIT upset etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
