Hello, I am a 67 y.o. male type 1 diabetic. I have been experiencing shortness of breath, dizziness, and occasional diarrhea for the past two months. I was treated for the flu a month ago and other causes were ruled out at that time. Could I still have the flu?

Hi,
yes you can still suffer from it or new episide of flu. Keep sugar level under control by monitoring the sugar values and with insulin. The breathlessness, diarrhoea may be due to different problem. So you are required to get examined by your doctor once for management.
Regards
