What Are The Side-effects Of Eltroxin ? Can It Be Safely Taken During Pregnancy ?

Hello, I am 30 years old and 18 wks pregnancy and am diagnosed with 10.34 tsh . My gynec prescribed eltroxin 50 mcg and i started on that. Later my friends told thyronorm is generally prescribed safe in preg. Is eltroxin safe or any sideaffects. Pls advise

Hi,thanks for query.Please do not worry,This drug is safe and can be taken in pregnancy.Normal thyroid function is must for normal pregnancy so you have to take this tablet,Do not worry.
