Hi I m masturbating from last 5 years and now I m of 18 I m facing problem of poor eyesight and weakness and also acne due to excessive masturbation.one more imp PR LM is that I m facing memory and lack of concentration prblm.can u tell me if I STOP masturbating can I overcome these problems.

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and to improve your general health. 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
