What Are The Side Effects Of Facial Surgery Using Titanium?

Good morning Doctor/s. Can I ask this ... My cousin 3yrs. already undergo a facial surgery on his left cheek using titanium...I just wonder what is the effect after a years to come to his body? It will be last life time without side effects? The other thing is he loss his right eyesight too for his face really fracture during motor accident. His age at the time is 40 now 45. The optomologist can t do anything to regain his right eyesight due to the break viens that connects to the brain...so my question too it will affect too his left eyesight on the long run? First of all no need to worry for long term side effects of titanium implant. These implants are very stable, non toxic, non allergic and stays as it is through out the life. Traumatic loss of vision in right eye directly can not cause any problem in left eye vision. But on long run due to over straining on left eye, eye sight can be weaken.
