hi. i almost by mistake put in my mouth a solution i thought was\ water, but was the kitchen cleaner. i spat it out immediately , washed my mouth with water and then drank milk and ate yogurt.i am afraid cause the taste of the cleaner is still in my mouth.and i feel slight numbness in my tongue . the

Don't get panic.
As you will get some numbness,irritation in the tongue and mouth after the ingestion of acid base cleaner.
Even though you spit immediately, some local reaction to the acid on the mouth will occur. you can take some alkali type liquid.
what you taken is okay.it will settle in few days depends upon the reaction of the acid on the mouth tissue.
if you get alarming signs like burning sensation in mouth,difficulty in swallowing any other complication kindly visit the hospital emergency department.
