What Are The Side Effects Of Long Term Use Gabapentin?
I recently had (8 weeks ago) surgery on my back. I have spinal stinosis. I had the left siatic nerve pop our during surgery and cross with another nerve causing excruciating pain in the left foot especially around the base of the left toe. At the same time I had an initial flareup of arthritis on the top of the left foot. I was prescribed gabapentin 4 weeks after surgery due to the pain. I was prescribed1200mg a day. What are the side effects and how long can I be on this medication. I am finding the dosage is not enough for the pain.
