General & Family Physician 's  Response
The common side effects of morning after pills include menstrual irregularities, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, breast discomfort, depression, skin disorders, disturbance of appetite, weight changes, fluid retention, changes in libido, cholestatic jaundice, hair loss or hirsutism. These side effects are not permanent and usually resolve after stoppage of pills. Potentially fatal side effects are thrombocytopenia and stroke but these are very rare.
Emergency contraceptive pills do not cause yeast infection. By chance you got yeast infection at the same time.
Advice
1.     Capsule Fludac 10 mg in the morning per oral for 10 days
2.     Capsule Ocid 20 mg empty stomach daily per oral for 7 days
3.     Take care your personal hygiene
4.     Consume less salt
5.     Avoid smoking, coffee, and spicy food
6.     Exercise regularly at least ½ hour for 4 – 5 days in a week
If you still suffering from yeast infection then you can take following medicines
1.     Tablet Azithral 500 mg daily per oral for 3 days
2.     Tablet Flagyl 400 mg every 8 hours per oral after meal for 5 days
3.     Tablet A – F (fluconazole) 150 mg weekly per oral for 4 weeks – total 4 doses
